Lily Flo Williams

Lily is assistant to the director, organising workshops, events and exhibitions, as well as focussing on digital aspects including graphic design, marketing and social media. She is a resident artist at Studio 18 and also makes work from her art studio in Painswick.

Lily studied fine art at Winchester School of Art, and has since completed a ceramics internship in Seville, Spain, as well as doing painting commissions and setting up an apparel brand. She works in a wide range of media including ceramics, film, sculpture, and painting.

 

At the core of her practice is a fascination in ideas surrounding desire and disgust, and the fine line between those two feelings. She is interested in the body, both human and animal, and our complex relationship to nature.
